All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The traffic data provided through the Service is sourced from publicly available government 511 systems and data services. Road511 normalizes and aggregates this data but does not own the underlying source data.

The Service, including its API design, documentation, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Roman Kotenko. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road511 and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
